The boys from ELIAS dropped by during my show on Saturday December 5, 2009 for an interview and to perform two songs from their new CD called:

I was partially pre-empted on November 29th so I didn't have any special guests - because I didn't need any!!!
On Sunday November 29 @ 7:00 p.m. ET, we ran the Sirius Canadian Concert Series (Powered by Live Nation) SPECIAL!!
This time around it was BLUE RODEO live from the Molson Amphitheatre in Toronto!! Two hours of solid Canadian music from these long-time pros!!!!

Award-winning
artist Haydain Neale of jacksoul passed away Sunday, November 22, 2009
at Mount Sinai Hospital in Toronto, after a very private seven month
battle with lung cancer.
On a beautiful, sunny morning with his wife Michaela, daughter Yasmin, brother-in-law Shawn Hudson and friends Davide DiRenzo and Jennifer Hyland by his side, Haydain passed away peacefully.
Throughout his rehabilitation after a car accident in August 2007 and during his illness, Haydain always maintained a positive spirit.
In a statement from his wife Michaela; “Through all these challenges, Haydain’s sense of humour and love of music were ever-present. He constantly brightened the room with his singing and his smile. His joyful presence and beautiful voice will be missed by us all.”
An interment with a private family gathering will take place later this week.
The family appreciates your messages of condolence but requests that you respect their privacy during this difficult time.

Hey ICEBERG 85 Listeners!!
On Saturday November 7 DEFAULT dropped by for a chat, plus they performed a live a track from their new CD "Little Too Late"!On Sunday November 8, my special guests were FAIRCHILD!
I filled in for KJ on Sunday October 25, 2009 and here's why:
KJ hosted a crazy 70's retro party for our sister station 97.3 EZ-Rock and we felt that it just wasn't safe to put him on the air on our all-Canadian rock station ICEBERG 85 until he unwound from that disco mode a bit. He's back on halloween! (How fitting!!!!)Here's the photographic proof that we did the right thing!!!!!
